Refund & Return Policy — JUNIOR CLUB

At JUNIOR CLUB, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non-returnable items:

  • Innerwear

  • Clearance sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Email us at helpbentex2022@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.

  3. Once approved, we will share the return shipping address.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

Return shipping cost:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item delivered was wrong or defective.

Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If you paid COD, the refund will be issued via UPI/bank transfer.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or color, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested variant is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.


Damaged / Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
